Allstate Homecraft Roofing of Granbury is owned and operated by Joel S. Crow who resides in Pecan Plantation. Most of his 100 plus customers are his neighbors in and around the Granbury community who will all vouch for his honesty and integrity. In 2003 he retired from banking after over 30 years and was recruited by his Nephew who’s father started AHRCO in 1981. After the Granbury storm of 2009. Mr. Crow observed a need for a quality roofing company in the greater Granbury area due to the widespread damage in Hood County and formed an off-shoot roofing company with his brother and began to service the communities of Pecan Plantation, DeCordova and later all of the Granbury area. Time after time the clients he did jobs for began referring him to friends and relatives because they found his work to be impeccable and with integrity. The business eventually has grown into what it is today.
Mr. Crow, “Scottie” as his friends call him, has a background rooted in the same integrity that is the foundation of his business as well as the caring for the communities where he’s lived. He is a retired Granbury Rotarian after 36 years and served as President and Director of two clubs – San Antonio, TX and Grand Junction, CO. He also served as President of The Austin Sertoma Club and Ambasador to Mexico. He chaired The 2000 committee in San Antonio for the then Mayor, Henry Cisneros. He lead the formation of The Warriors at Heart ministry in Colo. and moved to Granbury on Thanksgiving day in 2008.
Scottie’s creed is, “You become what you think about”. You can trust that he lives by this creed every day of his life and that he stands by his work and as a respected pillar of the communities that he has served.
