When Randy came by our house and told us that you had just done several of our neighbors’ roofs, some of which had been denied claims from their insurance companies’ adjusters. We never thought we had enough damage to warrant a claim. Especially to include replacing our gutters and windows. When your son met with the lady adjuster who was new to the job, he contested the omission of the damage to the roof valleys, drip edges, gutters and windows and finally after negotiating with her bosses, got an approved claim and then some.
After several weeks of discussion with State farm finally are getting new windows also.

Thanks to your diligence and determination we are ahead of the home improvement game. i also want to brag on your work crew. There were 7 or 8 men on our roof who quietly and in a clean workmanship manner installed our new roof.
